Ce portrait relate la vie du guitariste classique Claude Sirois, le premier à créer un répertoire pour la guitare classique au Québec. Populaire dans les années 70 et 80, il est récipiendaire d'un Félix catégorie musique instrumentale (1985). Fortement influencé par l'arrivée des Beatles lorsqu'il était jeune, il deviendra guitariste de différents groupes populaires fin 60 début 70.
